How soon will you complete my order?

During business hours (9-5 PST), we will contact you within 1 Business Day of your order to begin the process. We guarantee completion within 3 Business Days, and in most cases are done before that. We’ll work with you to perfect the exact design you’re looking for, including revisions and changes you request.

What do you mean by satisfaction guaranteed?

We mean exactly that! If you are not happy with your design after 2 revisions and desire a refund, we will refund you the purchase price for the entire Twitter background. We pride ourselves on elite design and will settle for nothing less than your complete satisfaction.

How does the design process work?

We will contact you immediatly following your order with a number of questions we need answered to get started on your design. We will also ask you for any files or documents you would like included within your custom Twitter background. When we receive this information, we will assign your design to one of our top designers and they will work on a sample for you. You will work hand-in-hand with the designer in order to get exactly the look you desire. When we’ve completed the final revisions and have your finished design, you will be given a special URL where you can install your new background to your profile!
